In this unique, interactive cooking class with Chef Laura, you’ll use high-quality ingredients to craft plant-based recipes that are both healthy and delectable. You’ll first make a spicy carrot hummus infused with chipotle peppers and tahini. To accompany the hummus, you’ll prepare artisan crackers and a fresh arugula salad with pears and toasted walnuts. For the main course, you’ll cook herb-packed chimichurri cauliflower steak, served with roasted tomatoes and quinoa. To finish the meal, Chef Laura will teach you how to make a silken chocolate mousse.
