The vibrant tastes and textures of the Southwest come to your home table in an in-person cooking class to savor. Chef Linda provides all the expertise you'll need to cook up a true fiesta! Create a set of savory starters that includes spicy street corn and tortilla chips before preparing a desert-style Caesar salad with pumpkin seeds and Cotija cheese. Cook up a batch of fiery chili rellenos and savory black beans seasoned with chilis and cumin. And no celebration this zesty is complete without delicately fried buñuelos and Mexican chocolate ice cream for dessert!

Chef Linda was fantastic- organized, knowledgeable and friendly. I got purchased this experience as a gift for my partner because we have a special connection to New Orleans. We had so much fun cooking and eating delicious food (some recipes were from restaurants we had been to!) and learning. Would definitely recommend to a friend and want to take more classes from Chef Linda in the future!
