In this interactive, Asian fusion cooking class, you’ll learn how to prepare both Japanese and Filipino recipes using sushi-grade fish, Filipino-style spaghetti and more. You’ll begin by making a tataki-style (briefly seared) dish with fresh tuna, ponzu citrus sauce and scallions. Chef Mickey will then teach you how to make nigiri-style sushi from scratch. For the main course, you’ll whip up a popular Philippines noodle recipe, using ground pork and sweet tomato sauce. To cap the meal, you’ll bake a decadent butter cake.
