Then, learn to shape it for a homemade mushroom ravioli. Whip up a Parmesan cream sauce to pair with it. Next, roll out the pasta dough and cut it into tagliatelle shape and pair it with a homemade tomato sauce with carrots and onions. Finish the meal with a decadent mascarpone mousse topped with a seasonal fruit coulis for dessert.
