Aspiring young chefs will learn how to make two tasty sushi rolls from scratch in this cooking class.
Kids will slice fresh ingredients for savory and sweet sushi rolls while practicing kid-friendly knife skills to chop cucumber, carrot and avocado. They’ll also learn how to make perfectly seasoned sushi rice before spreading it onto nori sheets and layering vegetables to create a colorful rainbow veggie roll. Then, they’ll make sweetened sushi rice and pair it with strawberries, bananas and mango for a sweet fruit roll finished with a drizzle of chocolate or honey.
