You'll begin with spring rolls stuffed with fresh vegetables and a ramen noodle salad with edamame. For the main dish, you'll learn to prepare a healthy almond butter Pad Thai with your choice of chicken or vegetarian ingredients. For dessert, you'll whip up a refreshing mango pudding with coconut milk.

It was a fun and pleasant experience to be sure. We spent a nice time together and got to help in making some fun dishes. But it was advertised as a class with a world class chef and that is not what it was. I would have expected more learning to be included, whether about the cultures and flavors of the dishes, or the recipes themselves, or cooking skills.
