Dive into classic Italian cuisine in this fun, hands-on cooking class with Chef Baba.
Start things off with a classic tomato basil bruschetta piled high on crispy toasted bread, then dive into making fresh pasta from scratch (yes, the real deal with flour, eggs and a little arm workout). From there, it’s all about mastering shrimp two ways: buttery, garlicky scampi with lemon and white wine and a bold fra diavolo with a spicy tomato kick. Along the way, pick up simple tricks that instantly level up your cooking at home, from balancing flavors to nailing perfectly cooked shrimp every time. Wrap it all up with one of Chef Baba’s signature desserts and enjoy everything you’ve made. Come hungry, leave proud.

My wife and I went with some friends to an Italian cooking class at Chef Baba’s. We learned how to make fresh Ricotta Gnocchi with an apple, pear and nut béchamel sauce, Lemon Chicken Piccata with capers and cannoli for dessert. Not only was everything delicious, it was highly interactive and entertaining! Even though there were about 40-50 people there, it felt like an intimate group of friends getting together for a nice dinner. Chef Baba regaled us with stories of his family that came from Italy as well as how his daughter needed a kidney transplant and how he researched clean eating to promote healthier lifestyles for all. He stressed the importance of using quality ingredients when cooking. He makes his own wine, Lemoncello and infused olive oils. He also shared with us his love of “The Godfather” movies. (1&2) and has impeccable acting skills and comedic timing lol! All in all it was a fantastic evening. Chef Baba has a variety of classes available and we will definitely go back! Highly recommend!

My first date night at Chef Baba's cooking class in Florida was amazing! Learned to make ravioli, brunette bisque, lobster mac, and paired it with homemade fine wine. Chef Baba was funny, improvised The Godfather, and shared life lessons at the end. Perfect for couples, fun, hands-on, and delicious. Highly recommend!
