Led by a master chef passionate about this timeless cuisine, this class offers an opportunity to prepare a complete menu of quintessential Italian dishes from scratch. You'll start the session by preparing classic bruschetta with ripe tomatoes and basil. Next, you'll make a hearty Tuscan white bean soup, followed by creamy pasta alla vodka and a light berry sabayon for dessert. Along the way, you’ll learn practical cooking skills you can use at home, including essential techniques and simple tips that are the foundation of authentic Italian cooking. Uncle Vito’s homemade vino is included for adults, while kids are welcome to join the class and enjoy the experience, too. Book your spot now!

We have taken three classes now with Chef Baba and every time it gets better and better! We always have such a blast, learn so much and eat amazing food! Chef Baba creates such a warm, fun atmosphere, sharing stories, jokes, and super helpful cooking tips. Amazing value for a great price. There are a variety of classes available so you can learn something new every time. Always a great experience and perfect to do with friends or family! Would recommend Chef Baba to anyone in South Florida looking for a fun night out to remember :)

Wow! What a wonderful time I had at Chef Baba's Lobster EXTRAVAGANZA🦞🦞🦞!!! 2 hours of wonderful cooking tips, Italian music, fun conversation and of course delicious food with Chef! I took a cooking class with Chef Baba and it was absolutely incredible! He’s a true character in the best way possible, acting out scenes from The Godfather, telling authentic stories, and filling the room with laughter and energy. We made bruschetta with his homemade wild berry balsamic, shrimp scampi, and a fra diavola with shrimp that had the perfect level of spice. Every dish was amazing, but the real highlight might have been his family’s homemade wine, which elevated the whole experience even further. We finished with his signature Baba dessert, a rich berry custard that was the perfect sweet ending. Chef Baba makes you feel like part of the family. You don’t just learn recipes; you share an evening of great food, great company, and genuine passion for Italian cooking. I can’t recommend it enough.
