Cooking Class: Sumptuous Sushi Rolls
In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to create a variety of delicious appetizers and sushi rollss using traditional Japanese techniques. Using only the freshest ingredients, Chef Chris will demonstrate how to craft a crispy prawn roll with fried prawns and a burst of fresh mango. You’ll then prepare with a smoked salmon roll with cream cheese, and sweet blistered shishito peppers. As an added bonus, you’ll also learn how to make crispy Vietnamese spring rolls!
