Cooking Class: Homemade Five-Star Dining

Trained in Gordon Ramsay's acclaimed kitchens, Chef Kesha will teach you the techniques and recipes to craft a meal worthy of the finest dining establishments. You'll learn how to perfectly cook Arborio rice to create a perfectly creamy risotto. Add flavor with rich mascarpone cheese and earthy assorted mushrooms and finish off with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Next, master the technique to cook salmon until tender with a crispy skin. On the side, enjoy sautéed Brussels sprouts topped with an herbaceous scallion chimichurri. Transform Yukon gold potatoes with a silky purée with heavy cream and butter to serve as another side. A crostata filled with tart green apples, brie cheese and a drizzle of honey finishes the meal on a sweet note.
