Cooking Class: Homemade Dumplings From Scratch
Master the art of dumpling making in this hands-on cooking class led by Chef Rudy.
You’ll season ground pork and shrimp with ginger and garlic, then use the filling to shape classic shu mai. Next, you’ll work with dumpling wrappers, fill them with shrimp and practice pleating them properly. While they cook, you’ll prepare a sweet and spicy chili sauce to serve alongside. You’ll also make mixed seafood pot stickers with shrimp, scallops and cabbage, plus classic egg rolls filled with cabbage, carrots and mushrooms, paired with a homemade duck sauce.
