Cooking Class: Homemade Dumplings From Scratch

Master the art of dumpling making in this hands-on cooking class led by Chef Rudy. 


You’ll season ground pork and shrimp with ginger and garlic, then use the filling to shape classic shu mai. Next, you’ll work with dumpling wrappers, fill them with shrimp and practice pleating them properly. While they cook, you’ll prepare a sweet and spicy chili sauce to serve alongside.
