I enjoyed learning from Miguel teaching me how to make Tomato Basil Soup. With me being someone who loves knowing the principles of how things work, I especially enjoyed getting a glimpse into the minds of the French fathers of culinary. And I feel confident in taking the fundamentals I learned from Miguel into creating dishes of my own.
