Cooking classes with Chef Theo take you on a journey through Creole culture with high-quality ingredients and traditional cooking techniques. You'll start with a fresh and colorful heirloom tomato salad with a homemade balsamic reduction. Next is a traditional gumbo loaded with chicken, sausage, shrimp and crab served with French bread and homemade garlic butter. You'll end with a sweet treat of blondies with a brown sugar glaze.

Meet your chef
Chef Theo's experience in the culinary world includes roles as a baker, a line cook, a prep cook and a fine-dining chef. He currently owns and operates a catering and event planning company. With a master's degree in hospitality tourist management, Chef Theo offers both academic and real-world knowledge in his cooking classes, where he teaches chefs of all skill levels how to create their own culinary wonders.
