Chef Mike makes every brunch enthusiast's dreams come true with this hands-on cooking class that is as fun and laid-back as brunch itself. Learn how to be the weekend host with the most with a menu of delectable, crowd-pleasing dishes guaranteed to impress.
Chef Mike will teach you to source the finest ingredients and utilize the best techniques to prepare sweet and savory brunch favorites. Master zippy lemon ricotta pancakes, mouthwatering shrimp and grits, crunchy French toast with fresh berry compote and sumptuous chilaquiles. Students are welcome to bring wine, beer or mix up their own mimosas to enjoy during class.
