You'll feel like you're dining at a French bistro in this immersive cooking class, where a local chef will guide you through crafting four luxurious French courses. Start with a frisée salad topped with crispy bacon, aromatic shallots and a perfectly poached egg, finished with a drizzle of Dijon vinaigrette. Then, sear tender beef fillet and wrap it in prosciutto, mushroom duxelle, chive crêpes and flaky puff pastry for an elegant beef Wellington.
