Cooking Class: Favorites From the Italian Riviera

This fun and interactive cooking class is an adventure into the culinary region of the Italian Riviera. Chef Eric leads the class with expert instruction as he teaches you how to use fresh ingredients and local produce to create traditional Italian recipes. You'll learn how to prepare stuffed mushrooms and homemade spaghetti topped with a classic walnut sauce. For dessert, you'll create bombolini, sweet Italian doughnuts rolled in sugar and filled with vanilla pastry cream.

Chef Eric was great! We were running late but he let us come anyway! It was a fun and relaxing evening. We all got a taste of doing the prep work and making our own manicotti. Next time we’re in Denver we would take another class from him!
