You'll start with a crispy bruschetta topped with a balsamic glaze as an appetizer. Next, you'll prepare homemade dough for manicotti that you'll fill with a garlic-infused ricotta mixture. Chef Eric was great! We were running late but he let us come anyway! It was a fun and relaxing evening. We all got a taste of doing the prep work and making our own manicotti. Next time we’re in Denver we would take another class from him!

Eric made the class fun and full of great facts that makes cooking more enjoyable. Gave good reasons for doing things the right way. There were four of us and we each were able to participate and and learn the techniques. We would take another class with him !!!!

It was great! Chef Eric was really nice. I think a tip would be to have guests working on a project chopping or creating something together to break the ice with guests.
