Eric made the class fun and full of great facts that makes cooking more enjoyable. Gave good reasons for doing things the right way. There were four of us and we each were able to participate and and learn the techniques. We would take another class with him !!!!

It was great! Chef Eric was really nice. I think a tip would be to have guests working on a project chopping or creating something together to break the ice with guests.

Eric was super polite, very talented and had a fun personality that made the event a ton of fun. We did the dim sum class and the food and dessert was AMAZING! I would highly recommend.
