Cooking Class: Allergy-Friendly Italian Cuisine for Kids
Kids who love cooking are welcome to join this allergy-friendly cooking class.
Join Chef Lisa in making authentic Italian dishes that are gluten, dairy, soy and nut-free. Kids will begin the class by making a favorite: creamy mac and cheese using gluten-free pasta and dairy-free butter, milk and cheese. Next, practice knife skills to chop garlic and basil to make a fresh marinara sauce and form turkey meatballs with gluten-free breadcrumbs to pair with it. Finally, whip up a dairy-free lemon panna cotta for a zesty and sweet dessert to end the meal. Book this cooking class today!

Chef Lisa pursued her deep-seated passion for food, cooking and nutrition by studying human foods and nutrition in college. With years of experience as an executive pastry chef at various resorts and hotels, and as a healthy eating specialist for a renowned grocery chain, she eventually launched her own culinary business. In her new venture, she guides individuals in exploring and discovering new foods, helping them improve their lives through better nutrition.
