Class Description:
Guests will learn how to roll sushi that finishes off with a fruit like mango or watermelon for a pop of color!

Menu:
Name of Dish #1: Dragon Roll
Primary Ingredients: Cucumber, carrot, avocado, scallion, mushroom (shiitake when available) and optionally a seasonal fruit like watermelon or mango for a pop of color. Served with an avocado wasabi sauce and ponzu/dark soy glaze
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be fun, social events. Feel free to purchase wine or beer at the venue to enjoy during the class.
