You’ll get to work with both charcoal and gas grills while prepping and cooking your ingredients over an open flame. The class kicks off with a smoky grilled Romaine salad, finished with garlic, olive oil and generous shavings of Parmesan cheese. Then, you’ll make Asian-style chicken barbecue skewers paired with dipping sauces crafted by Chef Bonicelli using ingredients like tamari, peanut butter, coconut cream and sambal. Next up, you’ll grill a colorful mix of fresh, seasonal vegetables from the local farmers market, seasoned with a special marinade made by the chef. The pizza class was so great! We had a wonderful time and learned so much! We thought we knew how to make home-made pizza from scratch but now we have much more information to make it even better! Chef was fabulous, answered many questions and made our time comfortable, entertaining and rewarding. I’d take more classes in the future.
