Cooking Class: Authentic Homemade Ramen

In this guided class with Chef Pao, you will learn how to build your own ramen bowl using a bounty of fresh, high-quality ingredients, and smart Japanese culinary techniques. 


Chef Pao will also touch on the history of ramen and share the secrets to brewing a richly flavored broth to hold all the ramen fixings, including chicken or shrimp, eggs, vegetables, and more!

Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

It was a very fun course. Chef Pao was very interesting and guided us well making the sushi. It was a lot easier than I previously thought. And delicious. I dropped 1 star for the location - we were not in the "usual" room due to another commitment and the backup room was not nearly as nice. Nevertheless, the class was fun, informative, and tasty.
