Master the art of pasta-making in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Aaron, trained in Italy. You’ll start by mixing flour, eggs and salt into a classic dough, then learn how to knead, rest and roll it out the right way. Next, turn your dough into two shapes: tagliatelle and ravioli. For the tagliatelle, you’ll make cacio e pepe with black pepper, Parmesan and pecorino. Then fill ravioli with ricotta and finish it with butter and sage.
