Chef Aaron from Classpop was fantastic! He was friendly, very organized, extremely knowledgeable and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was also very patient with everyone in the class.
He was very prepared with all the cooking tools and ingredients we needed with clear instructions all along the way. When a burner stopped working, he calmly swapped in a spare he had brought. His professionalism and calm demeanor really stood out.
The gnocchi we made was delicious, and my friend and I had a great time making it thanks to Chef Aaron. We especially loved his helpful tips on chopping vegetables safely. I would definitely take another class with Chef Aaron!

We had a great time at our cooking class. Chef Aaron walked us through every step making it seem easy. And shared his recipe for his browned butter sauce for our ravioli. The final product was delicious. We should definitely go again!

We had the most fantastic time at the pasta quartet. The pasta varieties were perfect. This experience exceeded our expectations! Chef Aaron was knowledgable, fun, engaging, and the food was outstanding. The other people in our class were really fun too, which was an unexpected surprise. I’ve already recommended this to several people. We had a blast!

The group learned how to make pasta from scratch, turning the dough into 4 different types of pasta. tagliatelle, orecchiette, cavatelli and stuffed ravioli. This has been the best experience and delicious pasta I've ever had. Worth the wait to taste the pasta you made with your own hands. 5 stars, would love to comeback. And will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Chef was very professional and talented. He taught how to make pasta and shared amazing priceless recipes, in particular, the most amazing red sauce I’ve had in my life. We will definitely be back to learn more tips and tricks for an amazing cooking experience.

Made French omelettes, crème brûlée and olive tapenade. Outstanding class, chef Aaron was entertaining and a wonderful teacher. Highly recommend!
