Learn how to make authentic Bolognese pasta from scratch in this cooking class with Chef Deanna.
You'll begin the class by learning the time-honored recipe for making fresh pasta. Combine flour, olive oil, egg and salt to make pasta dough. Then, master kneading the dough before rolling it out and cutting it into pasta. As the noodles boil, begin making the hearty Bolognese sauce. Cook savory sauces with aromatic herbs and spices and fresh tomatoes. After simmering the sauce, add the pasta and enjoy this decadent and authentic Italian classic.

Chef Deanna was great and making the pasta was fun but I agree with the other reviews that said the class was too crowded. I think there were 23 of us in a very small room. Four people to a table that was about 3” long and 2” wide. Only 2 pots of water for cooking the pasta and two pasta rollers for thinning and cutting the pasta. There was a lot of waiting.
