Chef Deanna was great and making the pasta was fun but I agree with the other reviews that said the class was too crowded. I think there were 23 of us in a very small room. Four people to a table that was about 3” long and 2” wide. Only 2 pots of water for cooking the pasta and two pasta rollers for thinning and cutting the pasta. There was a lot of waiting.

Chef Deanna gave a one-of-a-kind pasta experience. Whenever we needed help, she was there, guiding and explaining her seasoned culinary methods. She was very personable and taught us many cooking tips to bring home. I would love to be taught by her again in the future. I feel very confident in making home made pasta with my husband now!

Did not say it was a couples class. Had to share my cooking station with a random person and cook with them.

The experience was truly fun. The pasta dish was really good. I do feel that because of the cost per person for the class, a complimentary bottle of wine per couple would have been nice.

Great class and she showed us how easy making pasta could be. She handled the large class well and had options for us to make the dishe our own with seasonings, vegetables and lemon. I enjoyed learning a new skill. I was solo but the couples seemed to really enjoy cooking together. I will look for future classes to try another dish.

Chef Deanna was awesome! She’s an amazing chef & willing to share her cooking skills with all of us. We never made homemade pasta before & we did it. Our bolognese sauce & pasta were very tasty. Great venue at Grape Vine Springs Winery.

My husband and i enjoyed this class. As we followed Chef Deanna's directions, she was readily available to help us when needed. Delicious dish with extra dough to take home for a second meal. Glad not all 20 showed up as the room was already crowded with the 16 present that night.

We received the class as a gift, otherwise would have never known about Chef Deanna. We drove an hour, one way, to the class but it was worth it. She did an excellent job!

Fun class and made some yummy pasta. At times it was a bit chaotic, probably too many people in the class. Chef had it all well laid out and explained all the steps.

Class was great, but there were so many people that there was a long wait at stations, and it felt like the chef was trying to be in too many places at once. Also, maybe another location would be more accommodating since the breakers kept tripping.

Not worth the price. No protein or sauce involved. No seating area to eat. Breakers kept going out due to all the electric heating plates being plugged into one outlet... Host was not a good vibe and did not explain gracefully the process. Not enough tools for everyone at once. Long waiting times for some. Eating on plastic and styrofoam at the end... not good. Not quality.

Super fun night. We learned a lot of new tricks and techniques to making pasta. And it was best pasta I've had. I would recommend to any and all to do this class. We will be making pasta at home in near future.

Class was terrible, awful and not even close to worth the money. Lady who ran the class didn’t have enough equipment for everyone. It felt like we were taking a cooking class in a 3rd grade class room. Very little instruction and education was given. Lots of down time. And no snacks! Everyone in the class was starving. Couldn’t the instructor have brought bread or even bar snacks. Have to buy your own drinks so not sure what you get for the money. We ended up leaving early.

Chef Deana is amazing! This was so fun.. my wife and I had a blast learning a new, super tasty recipe we will definitely cook at home. 10/10 recommend for couples who love to step outside their comfort zones!

Overall good experience. Great atmosphere and the chef was very knowledgeable and personable. Only complaint would be equipment. Not enough of everything for all stations.

While I enjoyed learning how to make pasta…the experience pretty much ended there for me. The space was extremely small for the 20 of us there. She didn’t have enough equipment, the 2 hour class took 3 hours because of it. She wasn’t ready on time with class started. I don’t feel like enough food was there. I honestly wouldn’t do this again with her, I MIGHT be willing to try class pop again but with like WWWAAAAYYY less people.

Chef Deanna was both knowledgeable and encouraging throughout the entire class. She offered detail oriented techniques and reassurance of satisfaction. I had no idea what to expect while taking this course but it all was worth it. I cam with the idea of having a good time and I left with that and great memories. I most definitely would take another class with Chef Deanna!

This class was a gift from my daughters for Mother’s Day and we thoroughly enjoyed it! You could tell Deanna is very knowledgeable and has had a great deal of experience as a chef. I really enjoyed our class with Chef Deanna! It’s a more casual cooking class with it taking place at a brewery and only cooking the main dish. What I loved was that because it was such an intimate setting, we could ask as many questions as we had! Chef Deanna was super knowledgeable, personable, and helpful, and the dish was DELICIOUS!!!!

The chef was very nice. However, the class itself was not worth the cost. We made noodles and sauted a few items. That was it. There was no appetizer or dessert. We ended up stopping after the class to get more food. We have attended several cooking classes. This one did not go well and it left a lot of room for improvement.
