Join this cooking class where you'll take a step-by-step journey through Spanish cuisine.


Let Chef Bonicelli teach you how to create a three-course menu starting with a choice of gazpacho: a cool and refreshing soup, or patatas bravas: crispy potatoes served with smoky aioli. Next, you'll learn how to prepare a stunning seafood paella packed with shrimp, mussels and calamari. Then, complete the session with golden churros served with a smooth chocolate dipping sauce. Laura: We enjoyed the experience! Having never made pasta before was rewarding. This was my big take-away from the gathering. I would suggest catagorizing your classes by degree of difficulty: beginner, intermediate or accomplished cook. This would help prospective clients select their culinary-comfort level. The pizza class was so great! We had a wonderful time and learned so much! We thought we knew how to make home-made pizza from scratch but now we have much more information to make it even better! Chef was fabulous, answered many questions and made our time comfortable, entertaining and rewarding. I’d take more classes in the future.
