Begin the class by practicing knife skills to chop chicken or shrimp, lettuce, cucumber and cilantro. Then, layer your ingredients with vermicelli noodles and learn the technique to roll spring rolls and cook them to golden perfection. You'll also learn how to make crispy egg rolls filled with savory pork or vegetables with bean thread noodles, carrots, cabbage and green onions. Master the art of making the perfect sweet sticky rice with crisp vegetables. Satisfy your sweet tooth in the end with a mochi ice cream dessert.

We had such a great time at the Asian Appetizers cooking class! Chef Pao was engaging, knowledgeable, and made the experience fun and approachable. We learned how to make and roll both spring rolls and egg rolls, everything was hands-on, and the food was delicious. We had plenty to eat and even brought some home! One thing to note: we were a bit surprised when we arrived and realized the class was held in a residential home. We called the company, who confirmed it was Chef Pao’s home and the correct venue. It all worked out fine, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time for planning and expectations. That said, we’d definitely take another class with Chef Pao. Highly recommend for anyone who loves learning new cooking skills in a relaxed setting!

Overall awesome! Chef Pao was a great teacher and made something hard like sushi making seem very easy and doable. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
