Learn how to make these delicious bite-sized Japanese treats in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Jordan will teach the recipes and techniques for making gyoza from scratch. Begin the class by prepping your dumpling wrappers and getting them ready for filling. Flavor pork with ginger and soy sauce and pair it with napa cabbage to make a savory filling. Add it to your dumpling wrappers and practice the technique of folding them close. Cook them until they're golden brown and tender to enjoy your authentic homemade treat.
