Try your hand at a homemade Italian classic in a hands-on cooking class focused on authentic ravioli. Work side by side with Chef Za as you discover the simplicity of ravioli and learn to add your own twist to a beloved dish. You'll learn to make a tender dough that transforms flour, water and eggs into pitch-perfect pasta. Then, combine spinach, garlic and ricotta to fill your ravioli pockets with a traditional blend of tastes and textures and craft herbaceous sage and butter sauce to top them with.
