Cooking Class: Craft Authentic Italian Pasta

Take your newfound dough skills to craft tortellini pasta filled with squash and dressed in brown butter sauce. Continue the class with a refreshing sweet peas and mint and finish with an Italian icon - spaghetti cacio e pepe.
