Discover how delicious African spices can be in this immersive cooking class. Chef Erin will teach you the art of using African spices to flavor your meals, plus how to craft a traditional dish. You'll learn how to make egusi soup with fufu and plantain as sides. You'll learn how to use Ethiopian berbere spices, ras el hanout and peri peri blend. Plus, you'll also work with cumin, turmeric and ginger. Learn traditional techniques to craft these beloved African dishes.
