Elevate your next gathering with the tips you learn in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Erin will teach you how to make a charcuterie board that will tantalize your guests. You'll learn how to pair various meats and cheese and techniques for displaying them on the board. Add in seasonal fruits and dried fruits as accents. Plus, make and display a peppered jam that will add a bit of sweet and spicy flavor to the board. You'll make a personalized charcuterie box to enjoy yourself.
