Cooking Class: Asian Cuisine at its Finest
Drawing upon years of experience cooking around the world, Chef Brian will teach you how to prepare a three-course meal of culinary perfection in this interactive cooking class. To begin, you will learn how to prepare a peanut and garlic soy dipping sauce to serve alongside veggie summer rolls which you will prepare by hand using rice paper wraps. Next, you will assemble a well-loved rice bowl known as ahi poke with avocado, sesame oil, fresh vegetables and ponzu sauce. Finally, Chef Brian will guide you as you prepare Szechuan shrimp stir fry in a tamari-garlic sauce.
