Cooking Class: Traditional French Crêpes

First, learn how to whip up the perfect crêpe batter with lemon zest, vanilla extract and thyme mixed in. Then, you'll find out the secret to getting it paper thin and golden brown. Once your crêpes are finished, top them with fresh fruit, whipped cream and other assorted toppings to make them even more delicious. Finish by digging into your sweet French treat.

Khalil has an intense passion for cooking and it shows through the flavor! He's not afraid to try unique combinations and his technique is clean. I can credit Khalil for many of the skills I've learned in the kitchen. He is a knowledgeable and patient teacher.
