Master the art of making the perfect pavlova for dessert in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Karmala will teach you how to make these delicious treats from scratch. Whip egg whites with sugar and cream of tartar to make Swiss meringue. Learn the proper technique to get the meringue thick and creamy. Pipe them into nests to be the base of the pavlova. Then, fill the confections with whipped cream, curds, fruits and more assorted toppings. Then, in the end, enjoy this sweet treat.

The chef is nice but things didn’t quite work out as planned (the fitness didn’t work) so the class was very short and focused primarily on decorating pavlova.

Chef Karmala was a great night/experience. She was very prepared and knowledgeable! She encouraged questions about anything cooking wise which I enjoyed. The food was amazing as well!! It was spicy but it gave the experience that much more fun lol We all had fun during every step of the menu! Definitely recommend her for more that just this class, but for special occasions as well!

I took one of Mala's class and I learnt so much and enjoyed the whole thing that I signed up for more of her classes. She is very knowledgeable and well organized and she jokes throughout which makes you feel at home and relaxed. I highly recommend her classes.
