You'll learn to use wholesome ingredients to prepare a classic batter to begin your crêpes creations. Then, fill your delicate wrappers with savory elements, including smoked salmon and ham, Swiss cheese, and a silky béchamel sauce. You'll also assemble a sweet crêpe stuffed with tangy strawberries and decadent chocolate!
