Prepare to dive into a world of decadence with Chef Lisa as you discover how to craft chocolate treats completely from scratch.
In this hands-on class with Chef Lisa, you'll learn the art of handcrafting high-end chocolates. Your tutorial begins with salted butter coconut clusters that will melt in your mouth, then you'll learn expert techniques and skills to make your own milk chocolate bars peppered with praline. You'll end the class with a show-stopping chocolate balsamic fondue sided by fruits and cakes that you'll want to make at home time and time again.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Lisa pursued her deep-seated passion for food, cooking and nutrition by studying human foods and nutrition in college. With years of experience as an executive pastry chef at various resorts and hotels, and as a healthy eating specialist for a renowned grocery chain, she eventually launched her own culinary business. In her new venture, she guides individuals in exploring and discovering new foods, helping them improve their lives through better nutrition.
