Vietnamese food is full of flavor yet also pretty fresh, making it a great indulgence when you want something hearty yet healthy. In this cooking class with Chef Iain, you will learn how to make a traditional Vietnamese meal that you can easily recreate at home.
Start with an appetizer of fresh spring rolls filled with rice noodles, assorted vegetables and an abundance of herbs. You will enjoy your rolls with pho, a Vietnamese noodle soup. This soup will also be made with rice noodles and plenty of fresh produce.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

We booked this for a girlfriends birthday and had a such wonderful time! Chef Iain was fabulous, he opened his home and showed us how to make several tapas for a brunch. He was both patient and fun! A truly interactive experience. Does hesitate to book with Chef Iain, you won’t be disappointed
After gaining years of experience working in a number of different restaurants, Chef Iain decided it was time for a change. Fast forward to today and Chef Iain has more than 15 years of top-notch experience as a personal chef in Manhattan Beach. Chef Iain is also a private celebrity chef, caters for the sets of many TV shows and movies, and plays host to a variety of fun and interactive culinary experiences.
