Team Building Activity: Northern Italian Pasta Making Workshop

You and your colleagues will learn how to prepare a four-course Northern Italian menu featuring two handmade pasta dishes and traditional Italian ingredients in this team building activity with Chef Paco. To start, you and your team will prepare a crisp butter lettuce salad dressed in strawberry vinaigrette before Chef Paco teaches you the art of crafting fresh linguine ribbons and delicate strands of angel hair pasta from scratch.  Then, you and your team will work together to assemble gourmet pasta dishes, learning how to properly handle fresh seafood and prepare homemade pasta sauces rich with flavor. Finally, you'll all enjoy a delicious poached fruit dessert with balsamic reduction.

Butter Lettuce Salad 

With tomatoes, olives, feta cheese and strawberry vinaigrette


Seafood Linguine Pasta 

With shrimp, cherry clams, white wine, garlic and Parmesan cheese


Angel Hair Pasta With Italian Sausage 

With cherry tomato sauce, basil, garlic, white wine and chili flakes


Poached Seasonal Fruit 

 With red wine, mascarpone cheese, whipped cream and balsamic reduction
