Cooking Class: Do Soul Food Like a Southern Chef

Take a trip south with this cooking class led by Chef David. He shares favorite family recipes and culinary traditions handed down for generations in an interactive setting. You'll start with an authentic Southern cornbread with honey butter. Next, you'll prepare shrimp and grits with peppers and onions and a side of braised collard greens with bacon and vegetable stock. Dessert is a rich bread pudding with brioche bread, eggs and dried fruit.
