Chef Bill is a true culinary artist armed with a culinary arts degree from Johnson & Wales University. The Boston native's background includes extensive work in catering and high-end restaurants and eateries, including as sous chef and executive chef. Chef Bill takes pride in training up and coming new chefs must-know kitchen skills and techniques to ensure they are successful, and he looks forward to teaching you something new, too!

Enjoyed making arancini-and eating it on site plus taking some home. Learned many tips and tricks. I attended solo- the other attendees were fun to cook with.

Great class! I would definitely take another class with Chef Bill. He has great ideas for appetizers that are easily applied to the home kitchen!
