Chef Arbi is an executive pastry chef with over 20 years of experience in luxury hotels, artisan bakeries and international kitchens across the U.S., France, Tunisia and Qatar. Trained in France at leading pastry institutions, he specializes in classic French pastry and viennoiserie. Known for award-winning croissants in 2019 and 2022, he brings technical expertise and a warm, hands-on teaching style to every class.
