Not a cooking class. I did not craft a homemade Italian meal. I did not craft fresh pasta. I did not roll or cut pasta to my liking not did I sauté my chicken. This was a demonstration. For the amount of money that was paid, I should have at least been fed instead of having to go get food afterwards. Very disappointed.

False advertising. No pasta making. Waste of time

Class fell way short of description. We did not make pasta...it was boiled from a bag. Chef was unprofessional using profanity, incorrect techniques and cross contamination. Also never seen a professional chef use cheap store brand ingredients. There was no "dinner " included; I barely had two bites on my plate. We had to go get dinner afterwards. We were so disappointed in the class and the chef. Want a refund for the waste of our time and money.

What a fun date night! Chef David kept the class interesting and made spectacular food. This was a great experience I’d recommend to anyone.
