Nice presentation. Was very accommodating to various dietary restrictions. Provided helpful tips and answered questions on everything from knife skills and cookware to vegetables and spices.

Chef Julie is so much fun! So knowledgeable and a great teacher! Very patient and willing to answer so many questions! The poke bowls were delicious! Best I’ve ever tasted! Can’t wait to check out another one of her classes soon!

She always uses high quality and extremely fresh ingredients. She is truly a skilled professional when it comes to anything sushi related and it shows in the presentation and taste of everything she makes. I would highly recommend her for anything sushi related!
