He began his career as a line cook, then went on to manage a restaurant specializing in tasteful corporate catering services to high net-worth clients. Chef Dock is deeply passionate about food that contributes to a healthy lifestyle and enhances memory. He now owns a private chef and catering company, which offers a variety of cuisines in simple, nourishing meals.

What a fun evening we had! Chef Doc is courteous and fun, we enjoyed having him at our house. I learned how to make a flower out of salami and how to hold the knife properly and efficiently! The food is delicious and beautifully presented!
I definitely recommend having him coming to your house.

Our experience with Chef Dock was awesome! This was a gift to my daughter and she hasn't stopped raving about it! Chef was very chill and informative. The vibe was definitely on point and the food was BANGIN!! My girls will be executing all the food technics this Christmas. We highly recommend him to be the next Chef at your event because he will be back for many occasions with us!!!!!!!

What a great time with a personable, knowledgeable chef. Tons of experience, came prepared with all the fixings. Had all 4 of us going in the kitchen, perfectly coordinated. Everything came out delicious and tasting better than the pictures could describe. Highly recommend him. Will be hitting him up again for another event.

Chef Doc created a fun interactive experience for my friends and I. He was well organized and professional. Doc is a great teacher and personalized the experience for us. He was respectful of my home. And most of all, the food was amazing and authentically Caribbean.
