Since then, she has curated a wide range of impressive experiences from running restaurants to hosting private celebrity events and cooking classes to creating the Dalai Llama's 80th birthday cake. She was worked in a variety of restaurants specializing in various cuisines and is also a trained pastry chef. Chef Amanda is currently the executive chef at a well-known Dallas restaurant.
