Absolutely amazing instructors and class. Very helpful with everything and you can sense the appreciation from them for booking their class. The sushi came out AMAZING and I honesty give the credit to how they taught us to make it. I recommend to everyone, and anyone.

I am unable to write anything positive. I was duped out of $78 last week. When signing up for a class for the 23rd(last week for a girlfriend’s 50th who recently lost her sister to Stage 4 colon cancer and was only in town that weekend) , somehow after paying for that date, i received a text confirming my booking with a date I did not select. Called the number, I was told a refund would be issued..still nothing. Apparently this is not the 1st time this vendor has done this. Will be contacting my bank on Monday. Something awfuly fishy to me when a company is aware of this but continues to force consumerI to purchase a product they can’t use. Could not write this review w/o adding a star.Otherwise I wouldn’t have chosen a rating. Terrible business practice!

Chef Michael and his crew were absolutely great! Highly recommend for a very cool experience, especially if you haven't tried it before. We decided to try this for our date and we don't regret it. Had a great time! Wasn’t sure I arrived in the right place, the Orlando brewing location is kinda off the beaten path...but this was a really fun experience. The chef and staff all made us feel welcome. Great Date night! Looking forward to doing more classes!

Chef Michael, his wife and his helper were very very nice, well prepared, totally knowledgeable, great energy and very clear explanations. The two reasons for the 4/5 are: 1) we didn’t learn as much as we could (especially for a two hour presentation. 2) it’s a little pricey considering what we learned. We think at half of that price we would come back, but at this current price, we won’t. We thought also it would have been a nice touch that we could keep something to bring back home other than our own food (like an apron, a towel any type of memorabilia would be a great idea we think). Overall it was fun! Thank you very much Chef Michael and his wife.

Chef Michael was GREAT! He was a blast to learn from. There was plenty of sushi to eat, which was a pleasant surprise. We laughed , we learned, we rolled and we ate! Perfect date night!

Loved having a chance to get individual instruction. My chef patiently answered all of my basic questions and made sure that both my and my friend were comfortable in the kitchen. To my surprise, the food I cooked was actually amazing! Thanks so much!!

I really appreciated how Chef Michael took the time to explain the process and history of each dish. He worked at our pace, making sure we knew what we were doing each step of the way. The results were fantastic, the presentation was lovely, and we had a great time listening to his stories. Cooking gourmet food no longer seems so intimidating!

Chef Michael is one of the best! His skills in the kitchen are unparalleled, and he's a great guy to talk with. I booked him for a 36-person wedding, and he handled the entire menu from start to finish. The food was the highlight of the wedding! Everyone couldn't stop talking about how delicious and diverse the menu was. My personal favorite was the roasted salmon due to the delicious Caribbean salsa. Unforgettable!
