Chef Ben
Chef Ben is a Red Seal–certified chef with eight years of kitchen experience and a passion for helping students level up fast. Trained at SAIT Polytechnic in Calgary, he worked his way from dishwasher to line cook before completing his apprenticeship and earning his Red Seal certification. He’s spent the last three years working in Michelin-starred restaurants across multiple countries, sharpening his technique, speed and precision in high-pressure services. With experience training new team members, Chef Ben brings a clear, practical teaching style that helps his students cook with confidence.
