I have made sushi before, but learned some new skills, knife skills, how to prep fish & rolling skills. Thanks! Didn't like that some of the folks in the class were licking their fingers & then putting them in the shared food...probably more reminders needed. But overall great class!

Chef Logan was great! He was detailed with his instructions, explained the history behind sushi, and made it such a fun experience to be engaged. The sushi was delicious. I would highly recommend this experience. We had a great memorable time.

Chef Logan is an experienced chef with a number of titles under his belt, from executive chef to director of team building exercises for a world-renowned food company. Chef Logan's background spans a diverse array of cuisines, although his specialty is Italian food. He prides himself on his homemade pizza, which he loves to share with his students. Not only does Chef Logan work with aspiring chefs of all abilities but also of any dietary persuasion, as he can easily accommodate allergies and intolerances.
