Chef Logan gave an excellent presentation of Knife skills - was informative about techniques and tips to make delicious Sushi - and facilitated the class with expertise and humour. I am looking forward to trying to replicate the rolls etc - and use small amounts of Wasabi. I Highly recommend trying out his classes .

Logan was a masterful presenter, engaging, fun, with lots of practical cooking tips. Only suggestion would be that each participant gets their own table setting with food items to prepare/cut (vs communal shared) for easier hygiene. 3 fun hours and would highly recommend!

Chef Logan was patient, calm and fun to work with. He answered all of our questions and made sure we understood what he was teaching. I highly recommend him for this class, and we feel we can competently make sushi rolls in the future.

I am coming back to leave a review after completing another sushi class and realizing there were some things we really enjoyed about Chef Logan's Class. 1. Written instructions and recipes. It was so helpful to walk through the rice cooking process. It made a big difference in the texture of the rice. We also appreciate that you took the time to write out the recipes and shopping lists. 2. Tips and Techniques: My daughter and I both learned some new things about knife skills. I am glad he took a moment to discuss them. Chef Logan had a rolling technique that was very easy to remember. The only small critique is that it was sometimes hard to hear. We had to turn our volume up and then attach a speaker. Maybe a wireless headphone would help?

I took the class with my son and his friend (both 11 years old) Chef Logan was extremely kind and went out of his way to teach and explain not only what to do but also the how and why behind it. He gave easy to follow instructions and answered questions clearly. Wonderfully informative and delicious experience! The boys really enjoyed it!

Was a gift for my brothers 30th birthday and had so much fun with him and my family. Was blown away by his experience and how he was able to break everything down so we could get things done and make the perfect pizza and learn some amazing skills along the way.

The best cooking class ever! I took a sushi class with my son and chef Logan was absolutely fabulous. He is a culinary encyclopedia and can teach you everything you need to know about cooking, and tell you stories of how different dishes and cooking techniques came to be. I highly recommend him!

He was great. Very helpful. My Paella did not turn out good. Burnt bottom of my pan and my shrimp was over done. Not his fault though. Just disappointed it didn't turn out.

Chef Logan was great! I loved the class. I only wish more information had came about ahead of time for what to make. Like we made all the sauces, rice and tried to chop the cucumbers ahead of time because we didn't know we would be going through those things during class.

We had a great time learning to make homemade pizza in a private virtual class with Chef Logan. He was very energetic and seemed like he was having fun and really enjoyed teaching, which made it even more fun for our group.

I have no idea how good or bad Chef Logan is. I’m sure he’s great. Unfortunately, after paying for 2 devices, we received no information about what was needed for the class. I sent messages/texts. Tried looking up the info to no avail. So, the one star is because I paid $29 X 2 for nothing. Disappointing. Try to contact someone, ANYONE, before booking this class. I’m sure it’s a great class, I just didn’t get the chance to find out.
