Team Building Activity: Guacamole Showdown
Engage in a little friendly competition in this team building activity turned cooking class. Chef Logan will teach you the basics of making the perfect homemade guacamole before you break into teams to start the competition.
Work together with your teammates to use fresh ingredients, including avocados, lime juice, garlic and cilantro, to craft a mouth-watering guacamole. Then put your dip up against the other teams' guacamole to be voted the best. Enjoy your guacamole creations with a build-your-own taco station and glasses of refreshing alcohol-free sangria with fresh blackberries and peaches.
MENU
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.

With corn and flour tortillas, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and cheddar cheese

Was a gift for my brothers 30th birthday and had so much fun with him and my family. Was blown away by his experience and how he was able to break everything down so we could get things done and make the perfect pizza and learn some amazing skills along the way.

Chef Logan is an experienced chef with a number of titles under his belt, from executive chef to director of team building exercises for a world-renowned food company. Chef Logan's background spans a diverse array of cuisines, although his specialty is Italian food. He prides himself on his homemade pizza, which he loves to share with his students. Not only does Chef Logan work with aspiring chefs of all abilities but also of any dietary persuasion, as he can easily accommodate allergies and intolerances.
